Description
- Lead the end-to-end recruitment processes including job posting, candidate screening, interviewing, and selection
- Lead end-to-end vendor sourcing, screening, vetting, and selection process
- Utilize job boards, social media platforms, and other digital channels to source potential candidates and vendors
- Perform phone or video interviews to evaluate candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit.
- Perform background checks on qualified candidates and vendors
- Develop and implement creative and effective recruitment strategies to attract diverse, high-quality candidates.
- Maintain and update recruitment databases with candidates' data.
- Supports HR Manager in full-spectrum HR activities
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
- At least 4 years of experience as a Recruiter
- Proven focus, autonomy, resourcefulness and proactive approach in recruitment, coordination, vendor sourcing and management, and other HR functions
- Proficient in full-cycle HR, recruitment, social media recruitment, and head hunting
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills, resourcefulness, and ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Ability to handle confidential information with integrity and professionalism.
- Must be able to adapt to accommodating international and local candidates
- Demonstrated experience in social media recruitment, including sourcing and engaging with candidates on various platforms
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other HR software.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret recruitment data and make data-driven recommendations.
- Start-up experience is a plus
- Must have a consistent internet speed of at least 25MBPS to ensure smooth remote communication and workflow. A backup internet connection is also required in case of outages
- Must have access to a reliable, up-to-date computer with sufficient processing power and memory (e.g., Ryzen 5, i5)
