POSITION: CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE (CSR)


  • Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
  • Responding promptly to customer inquiries.
  • Communicating with customers through various channels.

職位要求

  • College graduate with or without BPO experience
  • College undergraduate with at least 6 months BPO Experience
  • SHS graduate with at least 1 year BPO experience
