  • Senior High Graduate (K-12), College Undergraduate, or College Graduate
  • Open to beginners – with or without BPO experience
  • Basic English communication skills
  • Computer literate and comfortable navigating multiple systems
  • Amenable to work on shifting schedules
  • Willing to undergo training and can start ASAP


Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound customer calls and assist with inquiries or concerns
  • Provide clear and accurate information about products, services, and policies
  • Resolve issues effectively and escalate when needed
  • Demonstrate professionalism, empathy, and a positive attitude in every interaction
  • Accurately document customer details and update CRM records
  • Consistently meet performance goals (response time, quality, and customer satisfaction)
  • Collaborate with teammates to improve processes and deliver excellent service
