1. Job Responsibilities:
1. Restaurant chef, responsible for completing dining tasks on time daily;
2. Proficient in Hunan cuisine, knowledgeable about the cooking methods of various ingredients and seasonings;
3. Responsible for the preparation of various meals, ensuring the quality and safety of food materials;
4. Cost-conscious, aiming to minimize cooking costs while maintaining high quality at affordable prices.
II. Job Requirements:
1. More than one year of experience as a Hunan cuisine chef, willing to be stationed in Japan. Accommodation and meals provided, employer responsible for visa and other related expenses, salary negotiable;
2. Experience with well-known dining brands is preferred, experience in five-star hotel restaurants is preferred;
3. Hardworking and resilient, with a strong service awareness;
4. Health certificate required, chef qualification certificate preferred.
