If you want to be part of creating a new breed of consulting firm—one that blends research, training, execution, and strategy into real business impact—Tactix IQ is calling.


We are seeking a founding Chief Commercial Officer to help us build a category-defining firm across Southeast Asia. This is not a job; it’s a leadership seat. This is not a salary; it’s skin in the game.


As CCO, you will own the commercial engine: defining positioning, building scalable acquisition strategies, forging high-leverage partnerships, and converting client needs into profitable, repeatable solutions. You’ll work alongside a founder-led team committed to delivering measurable outcomes—not just slides.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Commercial Strategy & GTM: Define and execute the go-to-market roadmap across all service pillars—Research, Training, Execution, and Consulting.
  • Sales & Pipeline Leadership: Build and lead a high-performance sales and business development team. Own the pipeline, conversion strategies, and major deal wins.
  • Revenue Ownership: Deliver aggressive, sustainable growth through pricing strategy, cross-sell playbooks, and market-based monetization.
  • Strategic Partnerships & Alliances: Forge partnerships with corporates, institutions, government, and platforms to unlock access, co-creation, and growth.
  • Productization & Packaging: Translate Tactix IQ’s unique value into scalable offers, bundled services, and margin-positive commercial models.
  • Market Intelligence & Positioning: Drive competitive insight, category awareness, and positioning strategies that put Tactix IQ on the regional map.


What Success Looks Like:

  • 3x revenue growth in 24 months across core and emerging verticals
  • 5+ strategic partnerships built to scale visibility, access, and credibility
  • 3–5 anchor enterprise clients with high recurring value and expansion potential
  • 75%+ client retention and growth driven by trust, performance, and partnership
  • Tactix IQ positioned as a category creator, recognized in the region for insight-to-impact delivery
  • Repeatable commercial systems and pricing models built for scale
  • GTM and sales playbook institutionalized, enabling growth across new markets and verticals


For starters this is a non-salaried, equity- and performance-based founding role. Compensation comes in the form of profit-sharing, equity, or incentive-based commissions tied directly to growth and value creation.
