簡介

1. Stay informed about industry trends, identifying innovations and user needs;

2. Responsible for overseas product APP & WEB, develop product planning and implementation based on market demand, competitive landscape, and user groups, covering the entire process from business analysis, product strategy formulation, product design, operational backend capability development to post-launch performance evaluation;

3. Possess a certain sensitivity to data, able to use data for product iteration and optimization, reasonably allocate and formulate product goals and plans based on business data and operational situation;

4. Deeply understand the core value of the product, enhance product innovation, and ensure that product features meet user needs;

5. Work closely with the project team, continuously improve business outcomes through business data analysis and monitoring of business metrics;

6. Coordinate resources from relevant departments to advance product requirements and take responsibility for the results;

7. Remote working available.


職位要求

Job Requirements:

1. At least three years of work experience, with a minimum of two years in APP-related roles. Experience in the design of financial products such as stocks, futures, foreign exchange, or other trading-related products is preferred. Experience in growth-related roles is a plus; a degree in finance is an advantage; studying in South Korea is a plus.

2. A certain level of understanding and awareness of overseas markets; excellent reading and writing skills in English, along with good communication skills. Proficiency in Korean as a working language is an advantage.

3. Ability to optimize existing business logic and enhance user experience; promote growth through operational activities.

4. Clear logical thinking framework, sensitivity to business data, and ability to analyze the underlying truths and core reasons behind problems.

5. Results-oriented, strong resilience under pressure, a strong drive for progress and responsibility, along with good communication skills and team collaboration spirit.

6. Strong innovative awareness, with the capacity to help new businesses break through in competitive environments.

The salary for this position is 16 months' salary.
