簡介

1. Stay informed about industry trends, uncover innovations and user needs;

2. Responsible for overseas product APP & WEB, develop product planning and implementation based on market demands, competitive landscape, and user demographics. This includes the entire process from business analysis, product strategy formulation, product solution design, operational backend capability development to post-launch performance evaluation;

3. Possess a certain sensitivity to data, able to utilize data for product iteration and optimization, reasonably allocate and formulate product objectives and plans based on business data and operational conditions.

4. Deeply understand the core value of the product, enhance product innovation, and ensure that product functions meet user needs;

5. Work closely with the project team, continuously improve business performance through business data analysis and tracking of business metrics;

6. Coordinate resources across relevant departments to promote the implementation of product requirements and be accountable for the results.

7. Remote work is possible.

職位要求

Job Requirements:

1. More than three years of work experience, with at least two years of experience in APP development. Experience in the design of trading financial products such as stocks, futures, or foreign exchange is preferred. Experience in growth roles is a plus; a degree in finance is a plus; studying in South Korea is a plus;

2. A certain understanding and knowledge of overseas markets; excellent English reading and writing skills and good communication skills in English; proficiency in Korean as a working language is a plus;

3. Ability to optimize existing business logic and enhance user experience; promote growth through operational activities;

4. Clear logical thinking framework, sensitivity to business data, and ability to analyze the truth and core reasons behind problems;

5. Result-oriented, strong ability to work under pressure, a strong sense of initiative and responsibility, good communication skills, and team collaboration spirit;

6. Strong innovative consciousness and the ability to help new businesses break through in competition.
