Workplace Health Risk Assessment

• Evaluate and monitor health hazards in the workplace.

• Recommend control measures to mitigate occupational health risks.

Medical Surveillance

• Conduct pre-employment, periodic, return-to-work, and exit medical examinations.

• Monitor and track the health of workers exposed to specific risks.

Clinical Care

• Diagnose and manage occupational and work-related illnesses and injuries.

• Provide emergency and first-aid care, and ensure timely referrals as needed.

Emergency Preparedness

• Develop and implement medical emergency protocols.

• Ensure availability and readiness of emergency medical supplies.

Health Promotion

• Lead workplace wellness initiatives and health education campaigns.

• Provide consultations on nutrition, stress, hygiene, and mental health.

Compliance & Documentation

• Maintain accurate and confidential medical records.

• Prepare and submit occupational health reports to DOLE and other authorities.

Team Collaboration

• Support the OSH committee and work closely with the nurse, safety officer, and HR team.

• Conduct training and capacity-building for first aiders and safety personnel.

• Doctor of Medicine (MD), licensed to practice in the Philippines

• With DOLE-recognized training in Basic Occupational Safety and Health

• Preferably with experience in industrial or occupational medicine.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills

• Ability to work part-time or full-time on a consistent, regular schedule
