Responsible for the development and performance optimization of backend systems in the finance/blockchain sector.

Organize and implement technical decisions and solutions, design and optimize organizational structures, proactively identify and resolve system issues, be responsible for the construction of relevant technical documentation, and actively support business requirements in a timely manner.

3 years or more of working experience with Golang, in computer software or related fields

Understanding of underlying technologies such as blockchain, consensus mechanisms, and smart contracts

Familiarity with the economic models of leading projects in the DeFi industry

Proficient in basic data structures in Golang, understanding of Goroutine principles, familiar with gRPC and microservices development

Familiar with Redis and local cache framework technologies

Understanding of TCP/IP and HTTP protocols, inter-process communication, and common architectural design methods under Unix/Linux

Familiar with the principles of the Unix/Linux operating system and proficient in using shell tools

Knowledgeable in databases such as MySQL and SQL optimization, with strong communication skills with business personnel, as well as problem analysis and resolution abilities.
