Responsible in overseeing and managing the daily operations, ensuring efficient and reliable service in accordance with the local safety standards and manage drivers, vehicle maintenance, monitors financial performance, prepare budgets, and analyze operational data reduce costs.

1.Regular meetings with staff and drivers are held to discuss performance and improvements.

2. Conducts regular meetings with staff and drivers for review of performance, financial and recommends strategic approach for improvements.

3. Recruits, and evaluates performance of drivers and addresses issues.

4. Ensures vehicle maintenance is up to date.

5. Dispatching and tracking/monitoring of all service vehicles.

6. Ensures operation is within the guidelines, safety measures, government orders, and administrative policies.

7. Develops and implement plans that will lead to improvement in company profit.
