Job Purpose

• Leads and delivers IT projects that meet customer needs and business requirements by managing timelines, resources and stakeholders expectations.
• Acts as liaison between users, internal teams and/or third-party service providers ensuring clear communication, effective problem-solving and high quality project delivery.
• Evaluates third-party service provider’s performance and leads the completion of customer satisfaction surveys in coordination with other concerned business units.
• Monitors compliance of customer facing applications third-party service providers with the agreed contract and/or service agreements.
• Conducts and manages User Acceptance Testing (UAT) on IT projects and change requests, including reviewing testing scripts and test results, where required.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or similar technical field

• At least 5-7 years of experience with project management and applications development

• Experience in the financial services industry

• Hands on experience as a delivery lead in at least three of the following areas: web applications, mobile applications, Customer Relationship Management system

• Deep familiarity and experience in multiple development methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall, SCRUM) used in technology product and/or solution design, build and implementation

• Excellent analytical and vendor management skills
