Description

Position Title: Human Resources Manager

Location: Remote

Availability: Part Time


Job Summary:

The HR Manager plays a critical role in shaping and maintaining a high-performance culture within the organization by handling all aspects of Human Resources management. This includes overseeing recruitment, training, employee relations, performance management, compensation, benefits, and compliance. The HR Manager collaborates closely with leadership and employees to foster a positive workplace environment and align HR practices with business objectives.

Requirements

 Recruitment & Talent Acquisition

  • Lead the recruitment and selection process, from creating job descriptions to screening applicants and conducting interviews.
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand job requirements, ensure effective recruitment strategies, and select candidates who align with company values and goals.
  • Ensure a smooth onboarding experience for new employees, including orientations and introductions to company culture.


Performance Management & Development

  • Oversee the performance management process, including performance reviews, goal-setting, and feedback discussions.
  • Advise managers on managing employee performance, setting objectives, and handling performance improvement plans.
  • Coordinate and implement training and development programs to enhance employee skills, productivity, and career growth.


Compensation & Benefits Administration

  • Administer and oversee employee compensation and benefits programs, including salary reviews, bonus structures, and health benefits.
  • Regularly benchmark compensation against industry standards and ensure internal pay equity.
  • Manage benefits enrollment, claims, and communications, ensuring employees are well-informed of available options.


HR Reporting & Analytics

  • Track and report key HR metrics such as turnover rates, retention, recruitment success, and employee satisfaction.
  • Utilize HR software to monitor employee data, generate reports, and provide actionable insights for decision-making.
  • Conduct exit interviews to identify reasons for employee departures and recommend solutions to improve retention.
