We are seeking a Finance Executive with experience in financial planning, governance, and operations across multiple Southeast Asian countries, ideally within the luxury and consumer goods industries. The role requires expertise in financial reporting, compliance, and process improvements. The Finance Executive will work closely with internal teams and external accounting firms to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and compliance in all financial matters. This role will report to the Head of Finance.

Responsibilities

• Ensure accurate monthly and annual financial reporting.
• Support budget planning, including FY 25 and 5-year projections.
• Maintain and oversee bookkeeping, AR/AP, and financial statements.
• Ensure compliance with tax regulations in Singapore and the Philippines.
• Oversee tax filings, including BIR 2551Q, BIR 1702Q, and IRAS submissions.
• Process payroll and ensure labor compliance, including BIR 1601C and other government contributions.
• Implement and maintain the Chart of Accounts.
• Manage external accounting firms and agencies.
• Work closely with sales to ensure accurate collections and customer satisfaction.
• Ensure timely and accurate supplier payments.
• Propose and implement process improvements in financial reporting.
• Assist in ERP implementation, preferably SAP.
• Ensure business compliance with ACRA, SEC, and LGU regulations.
• Support strategic initiatives and decision-making processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Corporate Finance, Accounting, or related fields.
• Experience working with multi-brand, ideally in consumer goods and/ or consulting industries.
• Proven experience as a Finance Executive or similar role, with at least 3 years -/+ of relevant experience.
• Strong understanding of financial principles, regulations, and accounting standards on a regional level.
• Proficient in financial software and Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
• Proficient in ERP solutions, ideally SAP.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong analytical, written and oral communication skills. Fluency in English and Filipino.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
