• Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve revenue and growth targets.

• Conduct market research to identify industry trends, competitor activities, and potential areas for growth.

• Formulate and execute client acquisition strategies and initiatives to expand the client portfolio.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.

• Conduct client presentations, meetings, and negotiations to secure business partnerships.

• Act as the primary point of contact for client communications and ensure customer satisfaction.

• Address client concerns and provide customized manpower solutions tailored to their needs.

• Prepare and present proposals, quotations, and business agreements to potential clients.

• Negotiate contract terms and agreements to secure profitable deals.

• Monitor contract performance and ensure compliance with client requirements and expectations.

• Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.

• Monitor sales performance metrics and prepare reports to track progress.

• Develop and maintain a pipeline of potential clients and opportunities.

• Collaborate with the management team to forecast revenue and set performance goals.

• Work closely with the Recruitment and Operations teams to ensure smooth delivery of manpower services.
