Duties and Responsibilities:

• Conducts routine analyses of physical and chemical test parameters on submitted food samples

• Utilize a wide variety of laboratory equipment including moisture analyzer, water active meter, viscometer, etc. to test for submitted food samples

• Ensures credibility and accuracy of results through quality control checks

• Conducts physico-chemical testing analysis on submitted Raw Materials for batch trial products, products with customer complaints and RM MSS Samples necessary for material qualification

• Performs quality assurance of received laboratory reagents and prepares reagents used for analysis.

• Reviews COA and conducts carrier inspection of delivered Raw Materials.

• Reviews COI on delivered Packaging Materials through dimensional analysis and actual testing at production lines.

• Maintains accurate and thorough records of laboratory procedures and results.

Qualifications

• Candidate must at least be a graduate of BS Chemistry or relevant 4-year science course/s.

·    Provide excellent customer service by greeting customers, taking orders, and answering any questions they may have.

·    Ensure that the kitchen is kept clean and always organized, no washing of dish required but need to wash kitchen equipment.

·    Handle cash and credit card transactions accurately and efficiently

·    Always follow food safety and hygiene guidelines, including proper handling and storage of food items.

·    Work collaboratively with other team members to ensure that the stall runs smoothly and efficiently.

·      Previous experience working in a food service environment is preferred but not required.

·      Knowledge of basic kitchen equipment and food preparation techniques.

·    Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and remain calm under pressure.

·      Excellent customer service and communication skills.

·      Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
