Responsible for backend system development and performance optimization in the finance/blockchain sector.

Organize the formulation and implementation of technical decisions and solutions, design and optimize organizational structure, proactively identify and rectify system issues, oversee the construction of relevant technical documentation, and provide timely and active support for business requirements.

3 years or more of experience in Golang, with a degree in Computer Software or a related field

Familiarity with underlying technologies such as blockchain, consensus mechanisms, and smart contracts

Understanding of the economic models of leading projects in the DeFi industry

Proficient in Golang basic data structures and goroutine principles, familiar with gRPC and microservices development

Familiar with Redis and local cache framework technologies

Knowledge of TCP/IP and HTTP protocols, inter-process communication, and common architectural design methods under Unix/Linux

Familiar with Unix/Linux operating system principles and proficient in using shell tools

Experience with databases such as MySQL and SQL optimization, with strong communication skills with business personnel, and the ability to analyze and solve problems.
