Descrição:

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Sales Operations Executive (SOE) to join our team. The main responsibility of a Sales Operations Executive (SOE) will be to drive business growth in his designated account/s and segment through quality execution in the following areas: distribution (assortment), pricing, promotion, shelving, and merchandising.


Demand Planning & Management:

  • Sets volume forecast and manages volume skewing (branch level)
  • Assess store inventory position and recommend inventory levels
  • Recommends merchandising strategies and crafts store designs
  • Ensure P&G is competitive in-store in terms of assortment, pricing, promotions, shelving, and display.


Category Planning and Management:

  • Assesses and monitors category and brand performance
  • Creates strategies that increase category and brand performance
  • Adheres to standards on product assortment, pricing, promotion, shelving, and merchandising
  • Assortment / Promotion: Correct / Right SKU based on store format
  • Pricing: Correct pricing of SKUs (base and promotion)
  • Shelving and Display: Quality execution of shelves and displays


Competitive Landscape Analysis:

  • Gathers data and analyzes competitor's trade activities and brand initiatives
  • Create programs that minimize the effect of business disruption
  • Ensure P&G is competitive in-store in terms of assortment, pricing, promotions, shelving, and display.


Relationship Management & Development:

  • Establishes rapport with customers through regular trade checks.
  • Recommend customized programs based on customer needs, goals and potential.

Requisito

  • Proficient in using Microsoft programs (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Can drive a motorcycle and car
  • Excellent analytical skills with a keen attention to detail.
  • Proactive
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate and build relationships across departments and with external stakeholders
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • High level of integrity and adherence to confidentiality
