Descrição:
- Assist customers with product selections and inquiries
- Maintain store appearance and organization
- Engage customers, explain products, process transactions, and maintain store cleanliness.
- Process transactions efficiently and accurately
- Handle customer complaints with professionalism
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals
- Stay updated on product knowledge and promotions
- Participate in inventory management and restocking
Requisito
- Educational Qualifications: Requires a High School diploma or equivalent.
- Experience Level: Less than 1 year of experience in retail or sales preferred.
- Skills and Competencies: Must possess excellent communication skills, proficient in sales training and management, and customer service.
- Working Conditions: Fast-paced retail environment, standing for long periods, and flexible hours including weekends.
- Qualities and Traits: Friendly, outgoing, proactive, and able to work well in a team environment.
