Location: Makati City

Contract Duration: 6 months initial contract, High possibility of contract extension (based on performance)

Work Setup: Hybrid (3 days RTO, 2 days WFH per week)

We are seeking an experienced Quality Engineer - Automation with at least 5 years of experience in Selenium. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining automated test scripts to ensure software quality and reliability.

• Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts using Selenium WebDriver and Katalon Studio.
• Collaborate with development and QA teams to create effective test plans based on application architecture.
• Execute automated test cases, analyze results, and report defects to ensure software quality.
• Integrate automated tests into the CI/CD pipeline for continuous testing.
• Develop and maintain test automation frameworks and tools.
• Conduct code reviews and provide feedback to improve automation best practices.
• Document test cases, test results, and defects in a clear and organized manner.
• Stay updated with the latest test automation trends and best practices.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in test automation using Selenium WebDriver or Katalon Studio.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Python, or C#.
• Experience with CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins, Git) for automated deployment and testing.
• Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies and software development lifecycle (SDLC).
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills in a team-oriented environment.

• Experience with additional test automation tools like TestNG, JUnit, or similar.
• Knowledge of performance testing and load testing tools.
• Experience with cloud-based testing platforms.
• Test automation certification (ISTQB, Selenium Certification, etc.) is a plus.
