WHY IS THIS ROLE IMPORTANT TO US

Solutions Engineering is responsible for the support of sales cases with new and existing clients and contributes with business and solution expertise in engagements with prospects and existing clients. To ensure the continued focus on our client engagement we are setting up a team to support the RFP/I and DDQ process, removing the need for people in region to use resources on it. This team will start on the RFP/I &DDQ process but would progress over time into other value-added tasks like the maintenance of demo live.

We are looking for a team member for Solutions Engineering Hub. Based in Manila to be part of a team and support the growth of the group. This represents an opportunity for someone to contribute to meaningful progress at SimCorp, with significant contributions to the organization. When done correctly, it should impact the sales numbers and growth of the company.

The role will be responsible for building out the SLA’s to the SE team, what are the KPI’s and the communication and training cadence, this role will need to be responsive to changes in the global nature of our business, a round the sun team needs to be set up for promoting progress.

What Will You Be Responsible For

  • Part of a team based in Manila, to delivery high quality support globally for the VA business. Supporting the RFP/I & DDQ demands of our clients and prospects
  • Building relationships and KPI’s with the VA team globally and setting realistic goals and targets over the next 2 years
  • Maintaining the process and timely update of questions and answers for such RFP/I & DDQ’s
  • Building reliable relationships with the Solutions Engineering team (pre/sales)
  • Building out documents and procedures that fit the foundation of this group in the long term
