  • Oversee daily operations of residential and commercial properties.
  • Manage tenant relations and address issues promptly.
  • Ensure maintenance and repairs are completed efficiently.
  • Prepare budgets, financial reports, and lease agreements.
  • Conduct regular property inspections and enforce regulations.
  • Coordinate vendor services and manage contracts.
  • Market vacancies and conduct tenant screenings.

Requisito

  • Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Property Management, Real Estate, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Experience Level: 1-3 years of experience in property management or a related role.
  • Skills and Competencies: Strong communication, organizational, and negotiation skills, along with proficiency in property management software.
  • Working Conditions: Office environment with on-site visits; may require evening or weekend hours.
  • Qualities and Traits: Detail-oriented, proactive, and possess excellent problem-solving abilities.
