Descrição:
- Communicates directly to Service Provider/HR/Coordinator/Production Engineer and address client’s production-related concerns.
- Monitors the attendance of co-employees and ensuring 100% attendance rate.
- Prepare and submit a monthly production manpower report.
- Conducts performance evaluation in coordination with production engineer.
- Prepare and get approval of overtime.
- Provide approval for leave request.
- Conducts investigation regarding non-conformance for negligence or violation committed by the team members and strictly conforms to standard work procedures and implemented corrective action plan.
- Listen to team member’s feedback.
- Supports and cooperates in the implementation of company policies, rules and regulations.
- Maintain clean and safe workplace in adherence to 5S policy.
- Performs related functions as maybe assigned or as the situation dictates.
Requisito
- Knowledgeable in computer
- Knowledgeable in microscope inspection is an advantage
- Good comprehension skills
- Analytical and Problem Solving skills
- Ability to give directions to team members
- Good communication skills
- Strong interpersonal skills
