Descrição:

  • Manage and arrange the permits required for technical operations and deliveries.
  • Oversee the flow of the leasing section in terms of the mall and/or building.
  • Scout for prospective spaces available for lease.
  • Review and analyze lease proposals.
  • Negotiate offer rates and charges based on the company's requirements and demands.
  • Ensure lessee satisfaction within the limits and conditions set by mall management and other related policies.
  • Monitor and arrange lease spaces for renewal and/or non-renewal.
  • Organize and file lease contracts.


Requisito

  • Must have a bachelor's degree in a related field.
  • Work experience is a plus, but not required.
  • Able to work under pressure and with minimal supervision.
