Descrição:

  • Present, promote, and sell products/services to existing and prospective customers
  • Establish, develop, and maintain positive business and customer relationships
  • Reach out to customer leads through cold calling.
  • Achieve agreed-upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule.
  • Supply management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services.
  • Works attentively with immediate superior to strategize and sell all items/products.
  • Responsible for increasing the number of accounts nationwide for the achievement of the sales goal and overall favorable company results.
  • Responsible for the regular visits for re-orders.
  • Maintain a systematic filing system for sales and accomplishment reports, and other related documents for the reference of the Sales team.
  • Generate and submit necessary reports as required by immediate superior.
  • Responsible for regular visits to all accounts handled.
  • Responsible for checking/knowing competitors’ activities.
  • Closely coordinates with Accounting Department for payment transactions and/or recovery.
  • Reports to immediate superior any feedback/concerns of the customers.
  • Perform other related tasks they may be assigned from time to time.


Requisito

  • Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration, Marketing or Management or other related courses.
  • Minimum of 1- 4 years responsible related sales experience.
  • Highly motivated and target-driven with a proven track record in sales.
  • Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to the client’s needs.
  • Relationship management skills and openness to feedback.
  • Must have a good grasp of numbers.
  • Must be able to deal with pressure as company deadlines and targets are to be met within a scheduled time.
  • Must have good interpersonal and networking skills to interact with clients
  • Can work under minimal supervision.
  • Flexible and willing to do fieldwork, travel, and work longer hours/ weekends and holidays, as required.
  • Knows how to drive or with own motorcycle, an advantage.
  • Pleasant and appealing personality.
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
