Lead Digital Growth and Brand Visibility

  • Drive the strategic execution of Getz Pharma’s online presence by managing our digital storefronts across major platforms such as Shopee and Lazada.
  • Take the lead in ensuring our product listings are accurate, visually appealing, and optimized for conversions through competitive pricing and smart inventory management.
  • Execute impactful promotional campaigns and seasonal events that drive traffic, engagement, and revenue.


Drive Key Account Partnerships and Sales Impact

  • Collaborate with key marketplace and retail partners to support strategic business plans, negotiate terms, and execute high-impact promotional calendars.
  • Use sell-in and sell-out data to uncover growth opportunities and lead initiatives that drive category performance.
  • Work cross-functionally to ensure accurate forecasting, inventory alignment, and commercial execution.


Support Trade Marketing Initiatives

  • Play a key role in rolling out tailored trade marketing campaigns that span digital and retail environments.
  • Analyze campaign ROI and competitor activity to continuously elevate program effectiveness.


Turn Insights into Strategy with Data-Driven Reporting

  • Own the analysis of sales data and marketing performance to provide actionable insights that fuel smarter decisions.
  • Monitor key metrics, assess trade marketing ROI, and maintain a competitive intelligence database to keep Getz ahead of the curve in a fast-evolving retail landscape.


Deliver Seamless Execution

  • Work closely with Brand Marketing, Sales, Supply Chain, and Regulatory teams to bring E-Commerce and trade strategies to life.
  • Coordinate with creative and activation agencies for development of compelling materials and field execution.


Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Life Sciences, or any related field.
  • 3–5 years of experience in E-Commerce, with a strong background in FMCG, Consumer Healthcare, or E-Commerce enablers.
  • Strong understanding of consumer health products, shopper behavior, and digital retail ecosystems.
  • Familiarity with market research methodologies and consumer insights analysis to drive strategic decisions.
  • Experience with Sales and Data Analytics tools is a plus.
