Job Description:

• Project management: Oversee solution implementation, manage changes, support QA, deployment, and post-deployment phases.

• Requirement gathering: Elicit, analyze, and document business requirements from PSOD and NSO departments.

• Stakeholder collaboration: Facilitate effective communication between business stakeholders and IT teams to ensure goal alignment

and understanding.

• Business understanding: Develop a comprehensive understanding of business needs and effectively communicate these to the

product owner and stakeholders.

• Solution alignment: Ensure solutions align with business objectives, meet quality standards, and adhere to security policies.

• Performance monitoring: Monitor product performance and user satisfaction, identifying areas for improvement or enhancement.

• Reporting: Provide regular updates on project status, progress, and issues to management and business teams.

• Incident management: Assist in resolving escalated production incidents, conduct root cause analysis, and propose preventive

solutions.

• Process advocacy: Advocate for process changes to enhance business and IT activities and contribute to designing the future state of new products.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or IT.

• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Project Manager/Business Analyst, preferably in the financial sector.

• Familiarity with ITIL, Agile, and other IT service management and software development frameworks.

• Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and other data analysis and reporting tools.

• Meticulous approach to work with a strong aptitude for numbers and data.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
