- Assist with recruitment processes, including job postings and screening candidates.
- Maintain employee records and ensure data accuracy.
- Support benefits administration and employee onboarding.
- Facilitate training and development programs.
- Provide administrative support to HR team as needed.
- Address employee inquiries and assist in conflict resolution.
- Assist with recruitment processes, maintain employee records, and support HR initiatives.
Requisito
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Experience Level: Fresh graduate or student seeking entry-level HR experience.
- Skills and Competencies: Strong written and verbal communication skills, meticulous attention to detail, and excellent interpersonal skills.
- Working Conditions: Office environment with standard working hours, potential for teamwork collaboration.
