Descrição:
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of guest rooms and public areas.
- Change bed linens, towels, and replenish guest supplies.
- Ensure all rooms meet quality standards for cleanliness.
- Report maintenance issues to management promptly.
- Provide excellent customer service and respond to guest requests.
- Follow safety and sanitation guidelines.
Requisito
- Educational Qualifications: A diploma in hospitality or related field is required.
- Experience Level: 3-5 years of experience in housekeeping or room attendant roles.
- Skills and Competencies: Strong command of the English language, attention to detail, and time management skills.
- Working Conditions: Fast-paced environment, requires standing for long periods and occasional lifting.
- Qualities and Traits: Friendly, proactive, reliable, and possesses a strong work ethic.
