The MarCoPay App was developed and maintained by MarCoPay Inc. ("MCP"), a Philippine corporation incorporated in Manila, Philippines in 2019. MCP is duly licensed by the Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas as an Electronic Money Issuer.MCP enables seafarers to have access and control over their fund even while at sea.

The MarCoPay (MCP) Group, will create new economic opportunities for seafarers, their families, and the people who touch their lives by providing attainable innovative products which used to be inaccessible with a tap of a finger.


The MCP Group’s goal is to improve the quality of life of seafarers and their families by helping them augment their finances in times of need. It also aims to educate them on the advantages of using its app, eMoney, and asset formation such as investment, insurance, and loan.

Responsibilities

  • Prospecting and Lead Generation - Identify and qualify potential clients through various methods, including cold calling, networking, and referrals. Develop and maintain a pipeline of prospective clients. Research and analyze market trends to identify new sales opportunities.
  • Client Consultation and Needs Assessment - Conduct thorough assessments of client needs and requirements. Present and explain HMO plans and benefits in a clear and concise manner. Provide personalized recommendations based on client needs and budget.
  • Sales Presentations and Proposals - Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations to individuals and groups. Develop and present customized proposals that address client needs. Negotiate and close sales agreements.
  • Client Relationship Management - Build and maintain strong relationships with clients. Provide ongoing support and assistance to clients. Address client inquiries and resolve any issues or concerns. Maintain client records.
  • Sales Targets and Performance - Meet or exceed assigned sales targets and goals. Track and report on sales activities and performance. Analyze sales data to identify areas for improvement.
  • Compliance and Product Knowledge - Maintain up-to-date knowledge of HMO products, services, and regulations. Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. Adhere to company policies
  • Administrative Tasks - Complete all necessary paperwork and documentation. Maintain accurate records of sales activities.


Qualifications

  • Graduate of any Business or Sales/ Marketing related course (Open for new graduates)
  • Proficient in MS Apps: Excel, Powerpoint, MS Word, Teams, and other collaborative tools
  • Able to communicate effectively in all levels of the organization
  • Must be resourceful and detail-oriented
  • Proactive and results-oriented
