Descrição:

  • Assist in AP, AR, GL
  • Ensure timely and accurate billings of invoices
  • Follow up closely on all outstanding payments
  • Issue statement of accounts to clients
  • Prepare AR ageing reports
  • Liaise and follow-up with different stakeholders i.e. landlords, vendors, service provider etc.
  • Assist in getting quotations for office purchases
  • Bank in cheques
  • Daily data entries
  • Other ad-hoc duties as assigned from time to time


Requisito

  • Good accounting knowledge
  • Hardworking, self-discipline and self-motivated
  • Able to meet deadline and stay focused on the details of job to ensure accuracy
  • Meticulous and willing to learn
  • Min 2 years of relevant accounting experience will be advantageous Proficiency in XERO preferred
