About the Role

We are seeking highly motivated and results-oriented Fleet Account Specialist to join our dynamic team at GAC Aion Philippines in Makati City, Metro Manila. This is a full-time position offering a rewarding opportunity to contribute to the growth of a leading electric vehicle brand in the Philippines. As a Fleet Account Specialist, you are responsible for managing and supporting large fleets of vehicles, ensuring seamless operations, and building strong client relationships. This requires providing expert advice on vehicle selection, maintenance scheduling, and performance tracking, all while optimizing the fleet's performance and cost efficiency. The specialist acts as the primary liaison between the automotive company and its fleet clients, ensuring that all fleet requirements are met in a timely and efficient manner.


Account Management:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for fleet clients, ensuring their needs are met in relation to vehicle acquisition, maintenance, and fleet performance.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with fleet managers, businesses, and corporate clients, acting as a trusted advisor for fleet-related decisions.
  • Assist clients in selecting the best vehicles for their fleet based on their business needs, budget, and operational requirements.


Fleet Operations Support:

  • Coordinate the acquisition, delivery, and maintenance of vehicles for fleet clients, ensuring that all vehicles meet the client's specifications and timelines.
  • Collaborate with service departments to schedule regular maintenance, repairs, and inspections for fleet vehicles.
  • Monitor vehicle performance, identifying any issues related to fuel efficiency, maintenance, or vehicle downtime, and proactively address them.

 

Reporting and Performance Tracking:

  • Provide clients with regular reports on fleet performance, maintenance history, fuel consumption, and vehicle utilization.
  • Analyze fleet data to identify trends or inefficiencies, providing actionable recommendations to optimize fleet operations and reduce costs.
  • Ensure that clients are informed of upcoming vehicle needs, replacement cycles, and relevant industry trends that might impact fleet management.


Customer Service and Support:

  • Offer exceptional customer service by addressing any issues or concerns raised by fleet clients promptly and efficiently.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve any operational problems related to the fleet, including vehicle performance, maintenance, or billing inquiries.
  • Keep clients updated on any changes in policies, new vehicle models, or other relevant updates related to their fleet.


Billing and Invoicing:

  • Assist in generating accurate billing and invoices for fleet clients, ensuring that all services rendered, maintenance, and vehicle purchases are accurately accounted for.
  • Address and resolve any discrepancies in billing, working with internal finance teams and clients to ensure clarity and accuracy.


Collaboration with Internal Teams:

  • Work closely with sales, service, and operations teams to ensure the smooth execution of fleet management processes.
  • Provide feedback to internal teams regarding customer preferences and requirements to improve fleet offerings and services.
  • Coordinate with the finance department to ensure that fleet contracts, billing cycles, and payment terms are correctly implemented.

Requisito

  • Strong understanding of automotive products and fleet management principles.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with fleet clients.
  • Proficiency in fleet management software, CRM tools, and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Problem-solving skills, particularly in addressing fleet-related issues or client concerns.
  • Ability to analyze and interpret fleet data to provide actionable recommendations to clients.
  • Organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple accounts and tasks simultaneously.


Education and Experience:

  • A degree in Business, Automotive Management, or a related field is preferred.
  • Experience in automotive sales, account management, or fleet operations is a plus.
  • Knowledge of vehicle maintenance schedules, fleet management systems, and industry regulations is advantageous.
