About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven E-Commerce Manager to lead our digital
commerce initiatives and drive business growth. This role is pivotal in optimizing the online
customer journey, expanding our customer base, and increasing sales through data-driven
strategies. If you have a strong background in e-commerce operations, analytics, and digital

Key Responsibilities
● E-Commerce Strategy & Growth
○ Develop and execute effective e-commerce growth strategies to expand the
customer base and capture new business opportunities.
○ Optimize the end-to-end online shopping experience, from lead generation to
conversion and post-purchase engagement.
○ Identify and implement new revenue streams, online partnerships, and business
development opportunities.
● Platform & Performance Management
○ Oversee the management and maintenance of e-commerce platforms, ensuring
optimal product listings, competitive pricing, and efficient inventory control.
○ Utilize data analytics to monitor key performance metrics (KPIs), customer
behavior, and sales trends, providing actionable insights for growth.
○ Work closely with development, marketing, and customer service teams to
enhance platform usability and drive conversions.
● Sales & Customer Engagement
○ Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities, refine
strategies, and enhance customer targeting.
○ Lead sales efforts, including product demonstrations, stakeholder negotiations,
and contract closings.
○ Collaborate with marketing to design and execute online campaigns, promotions,
and customer engagement strategies.
○ Monitor customer feedback, reviews, and ratings to identify areas of improvement
and implement strategies for better retention and satisfaction.
● Industry Engagement & Brand Presence
○ Represent the company at conferences, trade shows, and industry events to
build brand awareness and establish new business connections.
○ Stay updated with emerging e-commerce trends, digital marketing innovations,
and best practices to ensure our strategy remains competitive.
Required Skills & Qualifications
● Experience: 3+ years of proven success in e-commerce management, online sales, and
revenue growth.
● Platform Expertise: Hands-on experience with e-commerce platforms such as Shopify,
Magento, WooCommerce, and online marketplaces.
● Data-Driven Decision Making: Strong analytical skills with experience in Google
Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and sales performance tracking.
● E-Commerce Operations: Expertise in inventory management, pricing strategies, and
order fulfillment processes.
● CRM & Marketing Tools: Experience with CRM software (Salesforce, HubSpot,
Mailchimp) and marketing automation platforms.
● Communication & Negotiation: Excellent written and verbal communication skills in
English (additional language proficiency is a plus).
● Project Leadership: Ability to manage cross-functional teams and take ownership of
initiatives.
Preferred Skills & Qualifications
● Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in E-Commerce, Digital Marketing,
Business Administration, or a related field.
● SEO & SEM Expertise: Understanding of search engine optimization (SEO), paid
advertising (SEM), and social media marketing.
● Marketing & Customer Acquisition: Experience with email marketing, influencer
collaborations, and digital ad strategies.
● Growth Mindset: Ability to work collaboratively and lead when needed in a dynamic and
fast-paced environment.
● Willingness to Travel: Availability for domestic and international business trips for
company events, networking, and sales expansion.
