Dealer Network Manager

Are you a dynamic professional with experience in managing and growing international dealer networks or a distributed internal sales team? MarkSetBot, the leader in autonomous sailing regatta management, is seeking a Dealer Network Manager to strengthen and expand our network of dealers worldwide. This role will focus on optimizing relationships, improving dealer performance, and actively identifying and recruiting new dealers in strategic markets.


Your Role


As the Dealer Network Manager, you will be responsible for managing, supporting, and expanding our global dealer network. You will work closely with MarkSetBot leadership to drive dealer sales, build dealer product knowledge and capabilities, and strategically grow our presence in key markets.


Key Responsibilities

  • Dealer Relationship Management – Serve as the primary point of contact for dealers, providing ongoing support and guidance to maximize sales performance. This includes running regular meetings with each dealer to support them and hold them accountable.
  • Onboarding & Training – Develop and execute training programs to ensure dealers are well-equipped to sell, deploy, and service MarkSetBot technology.
  • Performance Optimization – Monitor dealer activity and sales metrics, identifying opportunities for improvement and implementing strategies to enhance results.
  • Dealer Network Growth – Work with Leadership to proactively identify, evaluate, and recruit new dealers in key regions to expand MarkSetBot’s global presence.
  • Marketing & Sales Support – Collaborate with internal teams to provide marketing materials, product updates, and sales strategies tailored to dealer needs.
  • Process Improvement – Work to streamline communication, order fulfillment, and dealer support systems for greater efficiency.


Qualifications


  • Experience managing and expanding dealer networks or providing similar oversight to an internal team.
  • Strong sales, relationship management, and business development skills.
  • Background in marine, robotics, or technology-related industries is a plus.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems (HubSpot experience preferred) and sales automation tools.
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple dealer relationships across different time zones.
  • Experience working with global teams, particularly in an outsourced or remote capacity.
