  • Manage customer inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure satisfaction.
  • Provide exceptional customer service support via phone, email, and chat.
  • Resolve inquiries and complaints efficiently and effectively.
  • Maintain a positive attitude and professionalism at all times.
  • Document customer interactions accurately in the system.
  • Work collaboratively with team members to achieve departmental goals.

Requisito

  • Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree preferred in any field.
  • Experience Level: 1-3 years of experience in customer service or call center roles.
  • Skills and Competencies: Proficient in English, excellent customer service, strong problem-solving abilities, and technical skills.
  • Working Conditions: Office environment, may involve shift work.
  • Qualities and Traits: Strong communication skills, empathy, patience, and adaptability.
