Descrição:

We are seeking a detail-oriented Compliance / Paralegal Officer to support legal and compliance operations. The role involves drafting and reviewing legal documents, ensuring regulatory compliance, and assisting in policy development. Strong knowledge of Philippine laws, labor regulations, and corporate governance is essential.

Responsibilities:
  • Legal Documentation: Draft, review, and revise contracts, NDAs, board resolutions, affidavits, deeds, and other legal documents.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Ensure compliance with SEC, BIR, NPC, AMLC, and DOLE; maintain AMLC certification and submit required reports.
  • Policy Support: Assist in developing and updating internal policies (Employee Handbook, Code of Conduct, etc.) aligned with current labor laws.
  • Administrative Tasks: Manage notarization, legal files, and business licenses; coordinate with government agencies.
  • Labor Disputes: Support HR in labor arbitration, court proceedings, and document preparation.
  • Cross-Functional Legal Support: Advise internal teams on legal risks and compliance matters.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Legal Management, Political Science, Business Admin, or related field
  • 1–3 years of experience in legal/compliance roles
  • Familiarity with AMLC, SEC, BIR, NPC, DOLE regulations
  • Strong legal writing, organizational, and communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
