1.负责平台广场社区模块产品功能设计
2.负责平台活动相关功能设计。
3.负责平台增长体系搭建，建立完善的增长产品系统。
4.完善平台数据分析能力，基于业务建立相应的报表、看板。
Requisito
1.本科以上学历，4年以上工作经验，2年以上金融、区块链工作经验
2.在用户增长等方面有项目经历，对于拉新、转化、留存方面有自己的方法论
3.有较好的数据sense，能够基于业务数据发现问题并解决问题
4.优秀的沟通协调能力，注重团队合作，擅长跨部门的沟通和问题处理
5.出色的逻辑思维能力，富有创新精神和执行力，有较强的产品周期管理能力
6.学习适应能力强，主观能动性好，有责任心，可以根据工作的要求，及时进行自我调整
