Descrição:
- 1 负 责公司交易、理财产品的产品设计，业务模型及核心算法的设计。
- 2、负责金融交易系统的账户体系、资金结算流程和风险管理产品设计。
- 3、负责平台数字资产现货、合约、理财等衍生品设计，并推动项目落地。
- 4、负责公司交易产品的竞品调研，制定公司产品优化方案。
- 5、协助产品测试，完成产品功能测试。
Requisito
1、本科及以上学历，3年以上数字资产交易或金融/金融科技产品经理工作经验，5年以上产品经理工作经验。
2、熟悉数字资产各类场内交易产品的业务模型和核心机制。
3、熟悉基金、理财等各类理财产品的业务模型和核心机制。
4、有独立负责产品设计、迭代的项目经验，能够独立编写完整的产品需求文档。
5、良好的数据驱动意识，能够使用数据分析工具对用户行为数据、交易数据、资产数据等进行收集、整理、分析，为产品决策提供数据支持。
