Descrição:
工作职责：
1.负责用户需求收集、整理和分析，持续优化用户体验；
2.负责产品的市场调研和竞品分析工作；
3.负责产品功能设计和跟进开发上线，根据数据化运营指标持续迭代；
4.与业务团队紧密配合，不断挖掘业务需求，推动产品迭代提升各项转化率。
Requisito
职位要求：
1.本科及以上学历，3年及以上产品工作经验，具有超过同龄人的成长速度；
2.良好的C端产品能力，具备一定的产品方法论，能够独立负责产品模块的构建；
3.熟悉区块链/web3市场，了解行业前沿动态，认可去中心化前景；
4.具备较强的好奇心、洞察力和自驱力，涉猎广泛，思维开阔。
月薪15到25k法币，要求在湖南长沙线下办公
