Description
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on building systems, including HVAC, plumbing, and electrical.
- Conduct preventive maintenance checks to ensure safety and efficiency.
- Respond to maintenance requests and resolve issues promptly.
- Maintain inventory of supplies and equipment.
- Document work performed and maintain records for compliance.
- Collaborate with other team members as needed.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Diploma in Building Maintenance or related field.
- Experience Level: Fresh graduates or students seeking entry-level positions.
- Skills and Competencies: Knowledge of commercial electrical systems, proficiency in routine inspections, installations, and use of power and hand tools.
- Working Conditions: May involve both indoor and outdoor environments, requiring physical stamina and safety adherence.
- Qualities and Traits: Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and reliability.
