Descrição:

  • Sourcing, screening, interviewing, and evaluating candidates in Spanish and English
  • Building long-term relationships with candidates
  • Reviewing and understanding job requirements for various roles
  • Verifying applicant qualifications and matching them to position requirements
  • Utilizing social media and online tools for candidate sourcing
  • Maintaining an organized candidate database
  • Preparing and submitting daily recruiting reports to the team manager
  • Participating in client and team conference calls

Requisito

  • Graduate in any discipline
  • 6 months to 2 years of customer service experience
  • Bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English (verbal and written)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency with MS Office and internet/social media for sourcing
  • Knowledge in basic recruitment and sourcing techniques is a plus
  • Strong negotiation and selling skills
  • Good analytical and organizational skills
