Descrição:

  • Prepare drinks: Make coffee, tea, and other drinks, including blended drinks and specialty drinks 
  • Serve drinks: Customize orders, present drinks, and serve food and baked goods 
  • Manage inventory: Order supplies, restock, and keep track of inventory 
  • Maintain equipment: Clean and sanitize equipment, utensils, and work areas 
  • Maintain health and safety: Ensure hot drinks are drinkable, perishables are refrigerated, and the workspace is clean 
  • Handle transactions: Operate cash registers and POS systems, and process payments 
  • Interact with customers: Greet customers, answer questions, and make recommendations 
  • Maintain customer service: Ensure customer service stations are stocked and service is quick 

Requisito

  • Well-organized and detail-oriented
  • Able to handle hot beverages and food
  • Able to adjust vision to different lighting conditions
  • Able to focus on close-range and distant projects
  • Able to use hand-to-finger motions and reach with arms and hands
  • Able to lift and move items up to 30 pounds
