Job Description
> Helps with the investigation and resolution of settlement disputes, by analyzing settlement reports and identifying root cause of mismatch.
> Performs reconciliation and creates customized reports, as necessary.
> Handles investigation and subsequent endorsements to internal GXI units.
> Coordinates issuance of incident management reports.
> Facilitates partner resolution communication with internal stakeholders.
> Analyzes transaction data, identifies trends, and gathers evidence to support dispute and resolution efforts.
> Communicates effectively with internal stakeholders and partners, if applicable
> Able to resolve issues promptly and efficiently.
> Maintain accurate records of all disputes and customer interactions.
> Identify and escalate potential fraud or risk issues.
> Collaborates with internal teams to improve payment processes and prevent future disputes.
> Provide exceptional partner/customer service and maintain a positive and professional demeanor.
> Contribute to team goals and initiatives.
DOES
> Oversees management and resolution of of payment network disputes, including chargebacks, charge slips, and other retrieval requests, and service level commitments.
> Makes the necessary recommendations according to the company’s changing requirements.
> Handle escalations related to settlement disputes.
> Optimizes team and staff performances through regular coaching sessions.
> Collaborates closely with internal stakeholders (e.g. Sales, Product, GXI Finance, Governance, etc)
> Develops solutions to address any current and/or potential governance findings
Contributes to the overall strategy roadmap for B2B dispute resolutions including establishing a business continuity program.
> Drives continuous improvements to increase operational efficiency and uphold performance excellence to achieve KPIs.
DISPLAYS
> Strong interpersonal skills to maintain vendor relations, if applicable
> Operations and process excellence background
> Ability to plan, implement and monitor processes in operations for process improvement
