Requirements
Educational Qualifications: Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Automotive Technology or a related field.
Experience Level: 3–5 years of experience in diesel mechanics or a related field.
Skills and Competencies: Strong skills in diagnosing vehicles, repairing engines, replacing parts, troubleshooting machinery, and performing routine and preventive maintenance.
Qualities and Traits: Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Working Conditions: Ability to work in varied environments including service shops, on-site, and occasionally in adverse weather conditions.
