Requisito
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Animal Science, Animal Nutrition, Veterinary Medicine, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in feed formulation and animal nutrition, preferably in a pig feed operation.
- Strong understanding of swine nutrition, feed additives, and ingredient quality assessment.
- Experience with feed formulation software is a plus.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong analytical and organizational skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with farm managers, feed mill personnel, and suppliers.
- Knowledge of industry regulations and feed safety standards.
