Descrição:
- Manage operations including advertising, administration, inventory control, customer booking, staff scheduling.
- Manage and lead a team. Leverage responsibilities of the Aestheticians for them to meet and exceed sales goals.
- Perform operational store functions such as providing product and service expertise to customers, maintaining a synergistic environment and professionalism.
- Manage and handle cash on a daily basis
Requisito
- Must be a College Graduate
- 2-3 years minimum experience in Management gained in Beauty/ cosmetics/
- aesthetic field
- Experience of working within a target driven and fast paced environment.
- Proven people management skills, capable of building and leading high performing teams.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- A positive ‘can do’ attitude.
- Drive, determination and ability to overcome ambiguity and the daily challenges of
- ‘management’.
- A good understanding of statutory policies such as HR and Health and Safety.
- Experience of CQC policies and procedures is a distinct advantage.
- Genuine desire to work in the Aesthetic Industry
