Description
Position: Warehouse Technician (Network Equipment Repair)
Location: Shanghai
About Us: Shanghai Orion Technical Service Co., LTD is a growing provider of broadcast and media solutions. We seek a responsible, detail-oriented technician to join our warehouse team.
- Repair network equipment by replacing faulty components.
- Use manufacturer documentation for accurate repairs.
- Maintain records of spare parts and repaired equipment.
- Manage warehouse and repair systems.
- Handle faulty equipment reception, system logging, shipment preparation, spare parts ordering, stock management, reporting, inventory, packing, and courier arrangements (30% of the time).
- Conduct business correspondence and reports in English.
Requirements
- Experience in PC assembly and repair.
- Knowledge of computer components.
- Experience in service centers or RMA processes.
- Familiarity with warehouse and repair management systems.
- Basic knowledge of network protocols.
- Strong technical documentation skills.
- High responsibility and attention to detail.
