1. Responsible for the requirement analysis and product design of intelligent financial products related to securities;

2. Collaborate closely with the development team to ensure the accurate implementation of product design plans and track the data performance post-launch;

3. Regularly analyze product data, evaluate product effectiveness, propose optimization suggestions, and drive iterations;

4. Monitor global digital currency and U.S. stock market trends, conduct in-depth analysis and product strategy, and design product modules in alignment with RWA direction.

1. Bachelor's degree or above, preferably in finance, economics, computer science, or related fields, with two or more years of relevant work experience;

2. Solid knowledge of financial products, familiarity with the securities market and related laws and regulations, and strong product understanding, analytical, and logical thinking skills;

3. Ability to collaborate efficiently with multiple departments such as development, operations, and marketing to drive product implementation and optimize content based on user behavior data;

4. Proficient in product design tools such as Axure and Mockplus, and possess strong documentation skills;

5. Familiarity with digital currencies and US stock trading logic, with practical trading experience or strategy backtesting capabilities (basic knowledge of Python/SQL tools);

6. Experience in designing securities-related products, with familiarity in market data, financial data, securities trading, communities, and information services preferred;

7. Willingness to accept high-intensity work (covering European and American trading hours), with experience in the blockchain industry or US stocks preferred.

Additional Qualifications

Experience working at financial information service companies such as Tonghuashun, Dongfang Wealth, Zhizhen, Wind, and Hang Seng Electronic will be given priority; experience in the RWA industry will also be preferred.
