Description

Job Responsibilities:

1. Responsible for human resources-related work for overseas companies, building and optimizing human resource management standards, and improving related systems and processes;

2. Gain an in-depth understanding of business conditions, identify business pain points, and plan and implement corresponding human resource solutions;

3. Conduct recruitment activities, responsible for the development and coordination of local recruitment channel resources, and respond quickly to recruitment needs for production and functional personnel;

4. Manage all local personnel affairs in Thailand, including but not limited to onboarding and offboarding, transfers, training, human resource budgeting, and attendance management;

5. Other tasks assigned by the Thailand platform leader.


Requirements


Job Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree or above, major not limited, fluent in listening, speaking, reading, and writing in Thai and Chinese;

2. More than 3 years of experience in human resources and administration in the manufacturing industry in Thailand, familiar with local laws and regulations, government documentation standards, operational mechanisms, and procedural workflows;

3. Serious and responsible work attitude, meticulous and rigorous, possessing good professional ethics.
