1. Customer Requirement Analysis:

Collaborate with the sales team to visit clients, understand business scenarios, and identify opportunities for AI application.

Draft requirement documents to outline client pain points and feasible solutions.

2. Solution Design:

Design solutions that meet client needs based on the company's AI product capabilities, and produce technical proposals, PPTs, and demo presentations.

Complete proof of concept (POC) solutions and facilitate project implementation.

3. Pre-sales Support:

Participate in bidding, technical exchanges, and product presentations, addressing clients' technical inquiries.

Organize industry case studies, distill product competitive advantages, and support the creation of marketing materials.

4. Cross-team Collaboration:

Work closely with the product research and development team to provide market feedback and optimize the product roadmap.

Assist the delivery team in completing project handovers to ensure the solutions are actionable.

Job Requirements:

Bachelor's degree or above, with more than 3 years of relevant work experience.

 Possess fundamental knowledge and skills in product management; candidates with a background in pre-sales, product management, or solutions management are preferred.

Fluency in Japanese at a native level is required, and proficiency in English or Chinese is a must.
