Job Responsibilities:

Lead and manage the company's technical team, developing technical strategies and plans;

Responsible for the design and implementation of project technical architecture, ensuring high availability and scalability of systems;

Oversee the work of various development teams, ensuring projects are delivered on time and meet quality standards;

Collaborate closely with product, operations, and marketing teams to drive product innovation and technological upgrades;

Evaluate and introduce new technologies, continuously optimizing the company's tech stack;

Develop and maintain technical specifications, code standards, and development processes to ensure efficient collaboration within the team;

Guide the career development of technical team members and cultivate technical talent;

Have a foundational understanding of platform security aspects such as penetration testing, internal network security, container security, and code auditing.

Job Requirements:

Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science or a related field.

Work Experience: At least 8 years of software development experience and over 5 years of technical team management experience.

Project Requirements: Proficient in blockchain technology, smart contracts, and at least 3 years of team management experience in a centralized exchange.

Technical Skills:

1. Client-side: Familiar with #Node.js, #Webpack, #ES6/7, #Vue.js, Stylus, Echarts, SVG, TradingView, Egg.js.

2. Android: Familiar with #Kotlin, with experience in using OkHttp, Retrofit, RxJava2, Gson, Glide, Koin, ARouter, etc., preferred.

3. iOS: Familiar with #Swift, with familiarity in the tech stack of RxSwift, Moya, YYCache, SwiftEventBus, Starscream preferred.

4. Backend: In-depth knowledge of #Java8, #Golang, Spring Boot, Spring Cloud microservices architecture, with practical experience in technologies such as MySQL, Redis, RocketMQ.

Salary and Benefits: $5000 - $7000 / month, weekends off, holidays, afternoon tea, and bonus benefits (project/team bonuses, etc.)
